Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the dbpk platform — you will get a full understanding of your rights and responsibilities.

2. Account Registration and Management

- Each individual may open only one account.
- Multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited.

Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
- You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
- Sharing account details with third parties is strictly prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

Verification and KYC
dbpk reserves the right to verify user identity in the interest of operating a safe and transparent platform. You may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification documents before a withdrawal is processed or when certain limits are exceeded. Related transactions may be put on hold until this process is complete.

Welcome Bonus
dbpk offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members:

- Maximum bonus amount: ৳8,000
- Wagering requirement: 10 times (deposit + bonus)
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions.
- Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.

- Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.1%
- Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Cashback is automatically paid out every week. VIP tier determination is at dbpk's discretion.
5. Gaming Rules
Game Operation and Results
All games on dbpk are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical issue occurs during a game, the result of the last valid game will stand.
Betting Rules
- Each game has its own applicable betting limits.
- Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- For incomplete bets due to a technical error, dbpk will refund the bet amount.
- dbpk is not liable for losses caused by network issues.
6. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Conduct and Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbpk platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

- Using bots or automated software
- Hacking or attempting to breach the system
- Collusion (coordinating with other players)
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds
- Playing on behalf of other users or acting as an agent
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for an advantage
- Threatening or abusive behaviour
- Providing a false identity or information

- System errors by third-party game providers on the platform.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account where the user has failed to keep their account details secure.
9. Account Closure
Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before submitting a closure request, make sure there are no active bonuses or unresolved bets. The account will be permanently closed after any legitimate funds in it have been withdrawn.

dbpk may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
